About Me:

I started taking classes in 2009 and was immediately hooked. I was a long-time student who thought that I didn't fit the mold of a fitness instructor.  Zumba® helped me discover a passion for dance and fitness, and after losing weight and overcoming my fears, I know anything is possible. I am proud of what this program has done for my life and look forward to sharing that with others. Whether you are an experienced Zumba®  student or think you have two left feet, you should leave class sweaty and smiling!

This class is for members only. We incorporate a mix of toning and regular routines in this class. Toning sticks are provided for class use at charge to members. This class follows a 30 minute Core & Abs Express class from 5:30-6:00PM. We encourage members to attend both to get a longer well-rounded workout.
